Flat Die Pellet Press
The Henan Dusan pellet press is specially designed with the focus on easy operation and accessibility, low maintenance and to be able to process a wide variety of products.
The following products are mainly pelleted:
- manure
- digestate
- sludge
- straw

- compound feed mixes
Timing belt
The use of a timing belt allows for uniform force, easy operation and maintenance.
Die replacement in 15 minutes
The horizontal placed die can easily be replaces by one person, reducing the effective down-time.
Automatic hydraulic cilinders
The required pressure of the rollers on the horizontal die is automatically controlled.
Automatic grease system
To add the right amount of grease to the bearings to ensure long lifetime of the SKF-bearings.
